EcoKids Report #36

Earth Day 3

Saturday, June 19, we met in the middle of the 6000 Block of Kenwood for our EarthDay in the Winginstein neighborhood. Seven EcoKids were present. I used narration to make the play work for the few kids that came. The kids did okay. The director was anxious.

The audience was made up of about ten neighbors. A few came from off the block, responding to fliers that were passed out. The literature was put out on tables. One neighbor let us plug in to get electricity for tools and the sound system.

Thanks to Jeff Fegley, Joel Kraft and three neighbor volunteers who helped us set up and break down.
