America’s Eco-Troubadour, Stan Slaughter travels the country singing and teaching
about our environment. His albums, songbooks, games and other products help make his appearances highly effective learning experiences. Stan’s work has won many awards for educational excellence and his lively music always produces an edutaining event.

The event will start with a kids music and fun hour 7-8, followed by Stan playing music from the album ‘til 9. Stan will be joined by Jamie Logan, KC mandolin and violin virtuoso.
Kansas City notable Joel Kraft will follow at 9:00 PM with his passionately laidback guitar and lyrics.

Rot ‘N Roll compiles the classic songs of composting, worms and recycling. Kids love to groove to the beat and rock to the “rotten” lyrics. Since it’s release as a cassette in 1993, Rot ‘N Roll has been around the world and used by many hundreds of schools. The CD has “Extra Content” including sing-a-long tracks, illustrations and activity suggestions, music notation and videos of Stan in action! Every kid should know these songs!
