We are finally getting back to work on the cob shed that was put off until serious freezes were unlikely. Jessica can be seen in the photo standing inside the house. The wall was built up to the horizontal beam above her head. She is only visable because of the missing wall.

Freezing took its toll when we worked too late into the fall trying to complete the shed. Perhaps greater damage was done when the tarp used to protect the shed developed a hole that poured water onto the wall soaking the clay.

It's fixable but time is a problem. We have an Earth Day May 1 at Troostwood Garden. We still have raised beds to complete, soil to move, flower beds to install, vegetables to plant, a greenhouse to open, flyers to print and distribute, exhibitors to sign up and a show to organize.

So what's the problem?

Volunteers please call.
